(SOPs)
Board Meeting Results
After each Board meeting, the Executive Office prepares a Statement
of Proceedings (SOPs), which indicates every action, including
the vote, that is taken by the Board during the meeting. The SOPs
are published in a newspaper and distributed to interested persons.
A recorded message is available immediately following Board meetings
regarding which items were approved by the Board. For this information

The SOPs are available the week following the meeting and may
be accessed here. The synopsis number refers to the item number
as it appeared on the agenda. You may access the supporting documents
for these items directly from this page.
