APPOINTMENT

Appointments shall be as follows:

   

a.

Five by Board of Supervisors, one to be the Supervisor of the Civic Center area.

   

b.

Five by the City of Los Angeles, one to be the Councilman of the Civic Center area.

TERM OF OFFICE

Indefinite.

COMPENSATION

None.

MEETINGS

On call of the Chairman, in Room 739, Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration,

500 West Temple Street, Los Angeles, 90012.

DUTIES

May hold hearings, request data and make recommendations to coordinate for the City and County of Los Angeles the work, creation, development and maintenance of the Civic Center.
