AUTHORITY *

Section 30000 et seq. of the Water Code; and Section 20200 et seq. of the Water Code.

APPOINTMENT

Elected.

TERM OF OFFICE

Four years.

COMPENSATION

Not to exceed $100.00 per day for not more than a total of 10 days in any calendar month.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a voter of the District.

DUTIES

Each District has the power generally to perform all acts necessary to carry out fully the provisions of Section 31000 et seq. of the Water Code.

OATH

Filed with the Secretary of the District.

NOTE: A director shall not be a general manager, secretary or auditor.
