| | and covers the most recently completed calendar quarter. All amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar. |

| | This report is updated quarterly. The County Code requires that reports be submitted to the Executive Office of the Board of |
| | Supervisors by the last day of the month following the end of the calendar quarter. |
